I found while reading this
book some things I should do and I never do and that is meal plan because as you know meal planning can save you so much
money in the long run. The other thing I learned was if I have leftovers that I do not eat within a day or two I could
freeze and eat at a later date. I love how this book arranges what ingredients you will need along with simple and easy
recipes for the nights after work when you are tired and last thing you want to do is cook a complicated meal. I also
enjoyed the tips on what to buy and what it could be paired with. I learned about clean eating was and what foods are
clean 15 and the dirty dozen.

Healthy Cookbook for Two was well written and was very entertaining. This will make a fine
contribution to any couple’s kitchen armada. Recipes were creative and fun. I found many of the recipes included
to be enticing and mouthwatering. Only drawback was it limits the audience base and one item in cookbook touched base on
doubling recipes and mentioned that doubling doesn’t work for all recipes as some ingredients don’t
necessarily double properly yet didn’t explain how to find out or what they should be if doubling was needed. I
would, however, recommend this book to any one or two person families. Even though I was given a copy to preview for
review, I would still recommend this as an excellent value and tool.
